Conflict Minerals, RoHS & REACH Declaration of Conformity (DoC)
As a socially responsible company, Hallite Seals Americas, LLC, has concern for the well-being of people and communities. We conduct business fairly and ethically, respect human rights, comply with laws and regulations, and follow a rigorous due diligence program for managing data necessary to meet reporting obligations and external inquires.
As a result of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Conflict Minerals (T3&G) rule, the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863, and Article 59 of the European (REACH) Regulation of the presence of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), Hallite requires our suppliers to make disclosure regarding whether Conflict Minerals (T3&G), Restricted Hazardous Substances (RoHS), or Substance of Very High Concern (REACH) are used to manufacture their products supplied to us.
Our goal at Hallite Seals Americas, LLC, is to only purchase material that is “DRC Conflict-Free”, these conflict minerals consist of tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold (T3&G).
The materials supplied by Hallite DO NOT contain or utilize any DRC Conflict Minerals.
Hallite Seals Americas, LLC, is dedicated to implementing and maintaining compliance by supporting RoHS and minimize impact to the environment.
Hallite Seals Americas, LLC does not make, nor sell applicable electrical or electronic products, equipment, sub-assemblies, cables, components, or spare parts directly to RoHS-directed countries, or sells to resellers, distributors or integrators that in turn sell products to these countries.
The materials supplied by Hallite DO NOT contain any of the RoHS 10 restricted substances.
Hallite Seals Americas, LLC, aim is to improve the protection of human health and the environment through identification and maintaining compliance Article 59(10) registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of the presence of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) or chemicals requiring authorization under REACH (EU regulation 1907/2007 Annex XIV).
The materials supplied by Hallite DO NOT contain any 211 REACH listed materials.
