Andrew Iddeson is responsible for leading Hallite's product development strategy and coordinating the work of a geographically dispersed and technically adept engineering team. He works with the support of the technical teams around the Group to ensure the effective delivery of the Hallite Technical Strategy, focused on material and product sustainability, NPD and adopting best practice solutions to design, tooling, and industrial processes He is a mechanical engineer with more than 25 years of experience in seals and sealing technologies with advanced fluoropolymer and thermoplastic materials. He joined Hallite in 2019 as a technical head. Andrew is a member of the British Fluid Power Association.

Flavia Richards is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for Hallite's products. Leading a geographically dispersed marketing team, Flavia works with global managing directors and sales leadership to gain insight into market dynamics and competitive activity to drive the company's global marketing strategy. She is based at the company's global headquarters in the UK. Before joining Hallite in 2019, she was a marketing manager at Phillips Healthcare, where she held several marketing and sales support roles of increasing responsibility since 2007.

Chuck White, is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic goals for innovation and new product development by providing technical support for Hallite Global business, supporting global product commercialization, and leading product and material testing and validation. Chuck manages Hallite's relationship with the Fluid Power Institute at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, one of the nation's foremost academic fluid power research laboratories. Before joining Hallite in 2013, Chuck worked for Freudenberg-NOK.

Mike Baxter is responsible for all aspects of the Hallite Seals Americas, LLC business. This encompasses the U.S. and Latin America. He oversees the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and strategic initiatives both regionally and globally. Before joining Hallite in 2012, Mike worked for Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies North America. He is a member of the National Fluid Power Association, Detroit Rubber Group, the International Sealing Distribution Association, the Power Transmission Distributors Association, and the Society of Automotive Engineers.

Andrew Bonnici has worked for Hallite for more than 30 years, and he has served in his current role since 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategic initiatives both regionally and globally..

Ryan Webster is responsible for defining and managing the commercial ambitions of Hallite operations in the U.S. He is a 15-year company veteran, serving previously as director of sales and engineering, engineering group leader, lead engineer for Hallite OEM customers, and senior applications engineer. Before joining Hallite in 2006, Ryan worked for Parker Hannifin's custom power unit division and held other automotive positions within the injection molding industry. He is a member of the National Fluid Power Association.
