Dear Valued Customer,
As you are aware, Covid-19 developments are changing rapidly day to day as world governments execute policies to limit the spread of contagion around the globe. Hallite is committed to the health and safety of our employees and are doing everything possible to keep them safe. With that said, we have executed several policies that will remain in effect until further notice:
- Where possible, office personnel are being asked to work from home using VPN systems that will allow for interaction with Hallite business systems to support customers.
- We are conducting regular production staff meetings with regards to safety and hygiene policies and assuring that our plant has proper preventive measures in place to prevent transmission.
- Visitors will not be allowed into the Wixom, MI facility until further notice. Essential visitors (e.g. delivery drivers) will be required to remain in a confined area and will not be allowed to enter the plant.
- All Outside Sales personnel are not to travel (by air or by car) to visit any customers in person until further notice. The sales force will continue to communicate with our customers via electronic means (e.g. phone, Skype, WebEx, etc.) and are available to support any needs that you might have.
Currently, we are not experiencing any major disruptions hindering the production of Hallite products from our Wixom, MI and other Hallite global production facilities that support the Americas. However, the situation is still very fluid, and we will keep you posted if there are changes that might impact deliveries.
