This certificate is to inform Hallite Seals Americas, LLC. customers, that items produced by Hallite Seals Americas, LLC. have been tested and/or reviewed, and do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a California Prop 65 warning label in accordance with California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. This Act, commonly known as Proposition 65 (Prop65), establishes a list of chemicals which the state of California’s risk assessment process has determined to present a risk of cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. We have worked with our vendors and our supply chain partners to ensure the purchase of raw materials will meet Prop65 standards. Be assured, Hallite Seals Americas, LLC. will continue to monitor the Proposition 65 regulations for any new chemicals. Hallite Seals Americas, LLC. will compare any newly listed chemicals with the raw materials in our finished product and communicate this information to our concerned customers on an ongoing basis.
