活塞密封件的选择取决于油缸运动方向。对于单作用油缸,动态密封压力是来自一侧(单向)。最好选择为单作用功能提供最佳密封质量的密封类型。
双作用油缸的最佳密封能力是能够密封两侧(双向)的动态压力,通过选择双作用密封件来实现。
在双向运动油缸的活塞上使用两个单作用密封的活塞设计很容易导致故障。原因是在两个密封件之间容易形成困压。
活塞密封,单向和双向活塞密封件都可以设计成组合件或挡圈与导向环单独分开应用。
Hallite 拥有一系列活塞密封件并提供最终的泄漏控制。活塞密封件通常用高性能的聚氨酯Hythane® 181,Hallprene®橡胶/纤维聚合物或聚酯弹性体制造而成。
双作用活塞密封
